John-Melle Bokhorst successfully defends PhD thesis

On Tuesday, May 7th at 10:30, John-Melle Bokhorst successfully defended his PhD thesis titled 'Hidden in plain sight: Automatic detection of tumor budding in digital pathology images of colorectal cancer'. His research focused on developing deep learning algorithms for the detection of tumor buds for better stratification of colorectal cancer patients.
